Set Up Services:
$850 + taxes
Includes: 5 Hours – 3 Set Up Coordination Staff
Your wedding day is a big day in your life and that of your partner. Nothing can afford to go wrong. Let our professional team handle every stage involved in the set up of your wedding venue from start to finish. We are always ready to go the extra mile to make your big day extremely spectacular and extra special.
o Initial consultation and Venue walk Thru to create a detail floor plan and design of your venue set up
o Delivery of any Prestigious Event Planning Rental Décor items
o Coordination for all DIY, other Rental items and personal items to be dropped off at Prestigious Event Planning so they can be delivered by our team
o Set up of all aspects of your wedding/Event venue including but not limited to:
o Table Linens
o Table Centerpieces
o Glassware & dinnerware
o Catering food tables
o Memorial Table
o Gift table
o Cake Table
You will discuss all of your set up and design needs and we will create a customized set up plan.
$650 + taxes
Includes:– 3 Takedown Coordination Staff
We also offer takedown services to alleviate the stress at the end of your Special day.
We will handle various tasks including but not limited to:
o Breaking down the centerpieces
o Removing the linens
o Packing up the décor
o Takedown of Backdrops
o Takedown of ceiling Décor
You will discuss all of your Takedown requirements and we will create a customized plan for our team.
